Two Industries. Same Root Problem.

Flat Sales Are
a Structure Problem.
Not a Product Problem.

An eyewear brand tried every bidding strategy on the market and stayed flat. A stationery brand had a profitable seasonal product buried under 60–75% ACoS. Both had the same diagnosis — and the same fix.

The Pattern We See Constantly

Two Brands.
One Structural Failure.

The eyewear brand had tried multiple advertising approaches independently — various campaign setups, bidding strategies — and nothing created real momentum. The stationery brand had seasonal demand but ACoS consistently between 60–75%, with no visibility into what was working or why so much budget was disappearing.

In both cases, the product wasn’t the problem. The advertising structure was. And it looked the same in both accounts.

What Was Missing

No Campaign Hierarchy

Auto and Manual campaigns existed in isolation — no keyword funnel connecting them, no structured pathway from discovery to conversion, no compounding learning between campaign layers.

What Was Missing

No Brand Defence

Neither brand had Sponsored Brands campaigns or defensive structures. Competitors were intercepting high-intent buyers at the exact moment they searched for the brand — and winning.

The Fix

Full-Funnel Architecture
Built to Compound.

For both brands, we rebuilt from the foundation. A structured Auto-to-Exact keyword funnel was built first — passing proven, high-converting search terms into manual campaigns systematically. Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Brands Video were layered on top for brand equity and top-of-search placement. Negative keywords were harvested to stop wasting spend on non-converters.

The eyewear brand became the #1 fastest-rising brand in its category during peak summer season. The stationery brand went from 60–75% ACoS to profitable — in one quarter — without increasing ad spend.

Both outcomes came from the same change: replacing scattered campaign activity with architecture designed to compound.

If your campaigns feel like they’re running but not building — if every month feels like a reset rather than a step forward — the issue is almost certainly structure. Not budget. Not product. Structure.
