REFUND POLICY

KEYSTONE GROWTH PARTNERS ("we," "us," "our," or "KEYSTONE GROWTH PARTNERS") is committed to delivering high-quality Amazon marketing services, including Amazon PPC management, listing optimization, keyword strategy, and related growth consulting. Due to the customized, labor-intensive, and immediate nature of our Services (as defined in our Terms of Service), our refund policy is strict and reflects industry standards for digital marketing agencies.

1. General Policy – No Refunds for Delivered Services

All fees paid to KEYSTONE GROWTH PARTNERS are generally non-refundable. This includes:

  • Setup fees, onboarding fees, or initial project fees.

  • Monthly retainers, management fees, or performance-based fees.

  • Any fees for services already performed, such as campaign launches, optimizations, keyword research, listing edits, reports delivered, or consultations conducted.

  • Amazon ad spend (PPC budgets), which is paid directly by you to Amazon and is non-refundable by us under any circumstances.

Once Services are delivered or campaigns go live, no refunds or credits will be issued for dissatisfaction with results, changes in Amazon algorithms, market conditions, competition, product performance, or other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., sales, rankings, ROI, or ACOS targets), as explicitly stated in our Terms of Service.

2. Limited Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances, at our sole discretion:

  • Pre-Service Cancellation: If you cancel before any Services begin (e.g., prior to account access being granted, campaign setup, or any work commencing), we may refund setup or initial fees, less any non-recoverable costs (e.g., administrative or third-party fees). Requests must be made in writing within [e.g., 7–14] days of payment.

  • Material Breach by Us: If we materially fail to deliver the Services as outlined in your executed Statement of Work (SOW), proposal, or agreement, and we cannot cure the breach within a reasonable period (e.g., 30 days after written notice), you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of prepaid fees for the affected period. This does not apply to subjective dissatisfaction or performance shortfalls.

  • Overpayment or Billing Error: In cases of documented overcharges or errors on invoices, we will issue a refund or credit for the erroneous amount.

No refunds will be issued for partial months, unused consultation time, or services you choose not to utilize after they become available.

3. Ad Spend and Amazon-Related Costs

You are solely responsible for all Amazon advertising spend (e.g., Sponsored Ads budgets). KEYSTONE GROWTH PARTNERS does not refund, credit, or reimburse any ad spend, even if campaigns underperform, are paused, or if we recommend optimizations. Amazon may occasionally issue credits for platform issues, but these are handled directly by Amazon and are not our responsibility.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the limited exceptions above:

  • Submit a written request to vj@keystone-growth-partners.com with your account details, SOW reference, payment proof, and a clear explanation of the basis for the request.

  • Requests must be made within [e.g., 30] days of the relevant payment or issue.

  • We will review and respond within [e.g., 14–30] business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [e.g., 10–30] business days.

We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the criteria above.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider for fees legitimately owed under our agreement may result in immediate suspension or termination of Services, without refund. You agree to resolve disputes through direct communication with us first.This Refund Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. By engaging our Services or making payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
